Jubilee Pugs
Where love comes first
HomeWe are Myra and Walter Morrison. We began this journey in 1961 when this bossy and chubby little fawn dog with a curly tail scratched at our back door and wanted in. After he had made a thorough search of each room, he asked to go out and we never saw him again. At that moment I knew someday I would have one of those, whatever they were! In 1976 we found out that there was a Pug at the shelter named Patty. I hardly slept the night before and we were there an hour before they opened hoping to fulfill my dream to own a Pug. This smart little girl taught us how humble you must be in order to be owned by at least one Pug. We bought our first show Pug, Jubilee, in 1988 and Jubilee Pugs became our kennel name and our future. Little Jubilee presented us with our first Champion and group winner, Ch Jubilee's Exxon Valdez. 
Our story is not about how many puppies we produce, how many champions we show but about our Pugs, big and little, young and old, black and fawn and how much we love each and every one of them. It is our love of this breed that has taken us on this momentous journey for the last 27 years, owning, showing, breeding and raising our beloved Pug babies. |

Group 2 at Los Lunas - 10/5/03 - Our kind of town, Alamogordo is - Waylon goes Group 1, Group 3 and Group 2 on successive days! - 9/28/03 - Edd Embrey Bivin picks Waylon as his Group 3 placement - 9/25/03 - Waylon! Group 3 at West Texas Kennel Club - 9/21/03 - Waylon in Fort Worth! Group 3 and Group 2 on successive days - 9/6/03 - Jubilee's Star Spangled Banner (Betsy) is WB/BOS while Waylon goes on to Group 3! - 8/17/03 - Jesse! (Jubilee's Storms Never Last) BOW/BOS on successive days in Greeley while brother Waylon repeats his Group 4 performance both days! - 7/27/03 - Waylon is BOB both days in Longview, going on to Group 2 on Sunday - 7/13/03 - The scene - Roaring Fork KC in Eagle, CO - Waylon! Group 2 on Saturday and follows it up with a Group 1 Sunday! Thank you Judges Mildred Bryant and Florise Hogan! - 5/18/03 - Wait a minute. I don't think I heard you right. You say Waylon finished his Championship by going Best of Breed over Specials and then on to a GROUP ONE? Group 1 from the classes?? YES. Thank you Judge Lois Wolff White!! - 5/17/03 - Jubilee's Honky Tonk Hero (Waylon) gets a Group 4! - 5/10/03 - Dynamic Duo - Waylon and Jesse share the spotlight in Santa Fe - Jesse is BOS/WB while Waylon is Best of Winners! - 5/9/03 - Brother and Sister act - Jubilee's Storms Never Last (Jesse) is BOS, and bro Jubilee's Honky Tonk Hero (Waylon) goes on to Group 3! - 4/12/03 - Waylon is Best of Winners and Best of Breed! - 3/24/03 - Judge James Reynolds picks Waylon!
